Where Are We Located?

What Are Your Office Hours?

Sunday through Tuesday: Appointment Only, Wednesday: 10AM-4PM, Thursday: 10AM - 4PM, Friday: 9AM - 5PM, Saturday: 9AM - 2PM

When Can I Access My Storage Unit?

You can access your unit 24 hours, 7 days of the week, all year round!

Do You Have Drive-up Access?

Yes! All of our units have drive-up access.

Are Your Units Secure?

Of course! You will need your own lock for your unit, but we offer a well-lit fenced and gated facility and every building has security cameras.

Do You Offer Online Bill Pay?

We do! We are happy to set up an account to make your leasing experience easier! We also offer great deals if you rent online!

Moving + Junk Removal Services

Do We Have U-Haul?

Yes we do! We have a variety of U-Haul trucks and trailers. And if we don't have what you need, we'll reserve it locally for you.

How do you price moving services?

We charge a minimum of $110 for solo moves (2 hours) or $220 for two movers (2 hours). After that, it’s $55 per hour per mover. This ensures fair pricing while keeping your move efficient and affordable.

Can you handle heavy or oversized items?

Yes. We’re equipped with dollies, ramps, and a lift-gate truck. Items over 300 lbs may require an additional fee for safety.

How is junk removal priced?

Our rates start at $400 for a full 16’ dump trailer load (with minimal labor included). Minimum pickups are $100. Pricing depends on load size, disposal fees, and any extra labor needed.

What items can you take?

We can remove furniture, appliances, yard debris, construction materials, and general household junk. Hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, or fuel must be disclosed prior the bidding and will be charged accordingly.

Can you donate items instead of throwing them away?

Yes. When possible, we donate usable items to local charities before heading to the landfill.


Estate Services

What’s included in an estate cleanout?

Estate cleanouts include sorting, packing, removal, and disposal of belongings. We handle everything from small cleanups to full-property clear outs.

Do you offer estate sales as well?

Yes — we can organize and run an estate sale to help you maximize value from items you no longer need.

How quickly can you complete an estate cleanout?

Most cleanouts can be completed in 1–3 days, depending on the size of the home and volume of items.

Do you work with families during sensitive situations?

Absolutely. We understand estate cleanouts often follow difficult transitions. Our team handles every job with professionalism, compassion, and respect.
